It is finished.....
Here is what our bathroom looked like last week. It has been a long road. A tiring road, frustrating road, annoying road, LLLLLOOOOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGGG road, and actually a joyful road!
We started on this wonderful journey today at 10am. Give or take a few minutes. We started by making a run to Lowes to get some necessary items. Then we got back and started talking and figuring things out and realized we forgot something so we haeded back to Lowes. We took a break around 1:30 and ate lunch with my brother. By that time we had just got one screw in to hold the sink up.
It took about 6 or 7 trips to Lowes and tons of patience. We went to eat dinner at 6:30 and a that point we actually had the plumbing done but we were checking for leaks, We left and decided we would check when we got home.
Once we got home and checked for leaks, we actually didn't have any! Chad and I both were shocked. We hung the mirror and then went back to Lowes and bought new baseboards.
By 10:15pm we had the baseboards cut and painted. All we have left is the baseboards.
Check out our work.....let us know what you think.
(if you don't like it, we don't want to hear about it...if you do like it, leave LOTS and LOTS of notes for us!)

It looks awesome! It's so gratifying to work together and actually live through it! (Paul and I just lived through re-doing our kitchen!)
And...by the way...children are a joy...except when they put things in the toilet at 10:30 at night!
You freakin rock! I'm so impressed. I have 2 bathrooms that need new tile, sinks, etc. Maybe you should come up a week early in the summer! :)
It looks beautiful. You did a great job....I guess we aren't that mad that you had to leave early to help Chad finish!
